Last night on the way home from Bakers Square, my car rolled over 30,000 miles! That is a lot of miles considering I haven’t taken any long trips. whew!

Erica and I were married today. It was a great day and wouldn’t change a thing! Thanks to everyone that was there in person and to everyone that had us on their mind. A new chapter begins!!!

Car Repair

I took my car in today to get fixed up from the crashcouple weeks ago. Since there was some undercarriage damage, the insurance adjuster wanted to be there this morning to check it out when the car was up in the air. I was a little worried that it would cause a delay in the repairs. Shortly after I dropped the car off, I already had a call from the repair shop saying the adjuster had been by and approved the repairs. So now my car is probably in pieces getting all the dents banged out. I took it to the same shop that fixed up my car after I hit the deer and they did a great job with that… I hope they can come through for me again!!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Erica and I hosted the meal this year. Everything went great I think! The turkey came out real good on the grill. The greenbean casarole was a bit cold… I think that was the only issue we had… Not bad for our first try.

Tree Cleanup

Today we got a big fire going at the house to burnup the big tree limbs that fell a few weeks ago. There are still some HUGE pieces left and we stacked up some good wood that would be good for a wood stove (almost a tongue twister there). Hopefully Rusty will want the wood and is able to finish chopping up the rest of the big limbs.

More Car Woes! Effin Ice!!

Last night (or this morning 2amish) on my way home from doing some gaming with Mike, the road was a little too slick and my car and I went into the ditch. The initial estimate i have on my car is $3,200.00 to get ‘er fixed up. What a bummer!!! Clements did a good job fixing the car up after I hit the deer earlier this year so I hope they can come through for me again! Thank goodness for AAA! They found someone to pull me out of the ditch. I finally got home at about 4:15am…. the longest drive ever from my parents house to my house… about 2.5 hours. I’m thankfull that there weren’t any cars on the road when I started the gracefull trip into the ditch. The car can be fixed and I came out of it without any injuries so I consider myself fortunate.
