I had a blast at Jim and Amber’s over the lonng weekend.

Thursday - I got out of town a little later than expected on Thursday night… I made to Jim’s by 12:24am. Quick little drive. Afater I got all my stuff setup, we had downloaded a Jim Gaffigan CD which quickly became the running joke the rest of the weekend. Hooooot Pockeeeet!! We played a game called WarRock for a few hours really not having a clue as to what we were doing… It has just been released for beta testing. Bedtime 4:30am

Friday - Up by 10am Jim had to work at 11:00. So I lounged around for a bit and then took a little drive around the neighborhood. Got my car ready for the drive home (save time later on) and found a BK to have lunch at. Hadn’t had a Whooper in a lonnnnng time. It was good. Got home and played sweet mod for Half-Life 2 till jim got home around 9:00. We had pizza fer dinner. Yum. We all played World of Warcraft. Whoopin some butt. Bedtime late!

Saturday - We all got up and got on to WoW again. had quite the roll going. mmm bacon. Played WoW until we made a trip across Des Monies to get some chicken at Buffalo Wild Wings. Good Stuff. Met Mark and Jamie (both in outr guild in WoW at BWW. Cool guys!! Made it back in time for a party in WoW. Everyone in our guild got naked (in the game) and we cause a ruccus. haha Amber got reported for being naughty. I hope that works out for her. haha. We did a big instance in WoW… that got done about 5:30am. Thats when Amber went to bed… but Jim and I were getting a second wind so we stayed up playing Counterstrike til about 9:00am. Bedtime 9:00am

Sunday - woke up and got back on to WoW for a little bit and then we went to have some lunch. I had a club sandwich. It was good. then we got back and Played more WoW. I got some files from Jim, packed up around 9:00 and was on the road by 9:45.

It was a great relaxing weekend. One I needed as work has been getting more and more hectic. Thanks Jim, Amber, Kirby (puppy), and Ordourve (birdy) for having me as a guest for the weekend.

I’m heading down to Iowa tonight after work to visit my friends Jim and Amber. I’m taking Friday off to make it a lonnng weekend. Only taking one computer with me… I hope I’ll survive with just one. HAHAHA Just kidding!!

I have heard stories of their golden retriever puppy named Kirby. Lets just say, I hope he doesn’t get a hold of my leg!

AFTER getting 38 of my CDs ripped and MP3′d. Jim told me I’m doing it wrong. While I’m at his place this weekend, he’s going to show me a better way of MP3′n my CDs.

I haven’t played much WoW lately… I haven’t been very inspired. That should change this weekend though as WoW is the only game Amber allows to be played in her house. We’ll just see about that!!

I like rooot beer!!

I have decided to put all of my CDs onto my computer. I have a lot of CDs to rip and the silly thing is, I don’t even listen to most of ‘em anymore. However, I have been thinking of getting an IPod (or some other type of MP3 player) so it is time to do it!! I planned to start over the past weekend but when I tried to install my fancy ripper, I found it was out of date so I had to wait for Nero to send me a new file. 22 albums have been ripped so far. I’m trying to keep MY CDs separate from CDs that I have ‘purchased’ online… we’ll see how that goes.

I have a lot of ‘Various Artist’ CDs… hmmm
