Monday was the last day of work for my favorite waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings. She is moving home (Blaine, MN if I remember correctly) for the summer months. She is in Rochester to attend RCTC.
I got enough eXPerience in SWG last night to become a Master Squad Leader! YES!!!! *doing the happy dance* Now I can focus on my 2nd character a bit more. WooHoo!
Early days and late nights are starting to catch up to me. mmmmm caffiene. 
When I left my house today for work, OSI was spraying our lawn with weed killer… Stinks sooo bad… Had to ride to Schmidt with muh windows down (and better bass hehe)… Just as the smell was getting out of the car I pulled up to Schmidt and CemLawn (sp?) was spraying Schmidt’s property for weeds. ARG I think it’s in my clothes or it’s stained my nose… Casue I can still smell it.
Last night I was up til 4:00 playing SWG cause I was in an awesome hunting party. I was the only one there that wasn’t a Jedi. Very impressive group. I ended up getting 1.5 million pistols eXPerience. AWESOME-O!!

My weekend started off with a phone call from Wes wanting to meet up at BWW with Todd and Charlie. Fun times. We then went to Kathy’s Pub in downtown Rochester. Hung out there with Wes, Todd, Charlie, Pete, Joe, and Ben. Quite the bunch. I dropped a few guys off at McMurphy’s and that was the end of Friday night for me. While at Kathy’s, Jim FINALLY called me. Have hardly talked to him since the NYC trip (about a month)… I could hardly hear what he was saying so it was a short convo. Kathy’s wasn’t too smoky this time around and there was no band playing, so we could actually hear each other talk in the bar.
Saturday I had to wake up early to get to work… went well… not too many problems to face there. I got home from that and did some gaming, had a quiet evening.
Estes woke me up early on Sunday. Figured I was up, may as well go into work… finalized things for Sunday night startup for the plant. I decided to get a wireless controller for my X-Box… found a good one at Best Buy. After Best Buy, I met some people from the Fantasy Football league I’m in at the Hangar Bar and Grill. Had a nice lunch and we all tried to agree on some rule changes… It didn’t go well in my opinion. We’ll see if the comish can keep it all together. After the meeting I mowed our lawn… the back yard was really thick with grass… had to mow slow or it’d bunch up really bad. I hadn’t taken my allergy meds yet so my allergies were kicking my butt for the rest of the day/evening. Watched the Core with my parents. It’s a neat movie.
So I get home from Star Wars Episode 3 with Brian, I get inside and start making myself a snack… My car alarm goes off, thinking I had set it off with the remote in my pants (has happened before), I fumble for the remote to turn it off… I walk to the front of the house and notice that the light is on in the car… which only happens if some one is giving a tug on the car door handles. I didn’t see anyone around so I didn’t think much of it and reset the alarm…
As it turns out… Brian’s force was strong… he’d noticed a car parked a couple houses down from mine as he was cleaning out his car of some debris (garbage day tomorrow). He thought something was up so he made it look like he was heading into his house (across the street from me) but went around his garage instead to check out the action. That’s when my car alarm went off and a couple bodys went running off. A few minutes later he gave me a phone call and told me what had happened. All I have to say is thank goodness for car alarms… or I’d probably have a stripped out car come morning. What is wrong with people?!!! I work hard for what I have. Damn Punks!! Thanks Brian!!
Well if you’ve been around me at all the last week or so… you’d know that Star Wars Episode 3 was being released today (Thursday) at 12:01 am. I went to the 12:01 show at the local theater and besides the theater being hotter than H-E-double-hockey-sticks, it pretty much kick major booty!! See it if you get the chance. I will not put any spoilers here.
Played some Guild Wars with Mike last night. Kinda finished abrubtly… but so be it. Not sure how much I’ll be playing that game. So far I’m not liking the Inventory management… I play the game to kill monsters not micro-manage a backpack of loot items. The game play is kinda fun and the graphics are pretty good too. It has a nice feature on it’s mini-map… anyone in the group you form can draw on the mini-map or show people where to attack… could come in handy during a battle. Still can’t grasp the reason for only using 8 out of 300 special skills at a time. All in all, I think my playtime in this game will be limited. I heard this somewhere, “To each his own.”

Been a pretty slow week. Although luckily pretty busy at work. Trying to get myself back into my Star Wars game… and less into Guild Wars. Although Mike told me that he picked up Guild Wars… so I’ll probably play that with him if he asks.
I went over to Brians parent’s house (across the street from our house) the other night to check out his setup in their basement. Looks like it’ll work out for him well. After that we caught up on the show Family Guy. Funny stuff. I still have some episodes of Survivor to watch and a bunch of episodes of the show ‘24′ to watch. It alllllll comes back to needing 36 hour days. ARG!!
I got a new video card for my PC on Thursday from NewEgg (remember my previous card broke). Got it put in the PC last night. Working well so far. *crosses finger* Good thing it was still under warranty. w00t! I love FedEx.
I haven’t been on EBay for a while… so the kNex pile hasn’t been added to in some time.
I’m not sure quite yet if I like the latest setup in my bedroom. It’s a small room and I think a Full size bed is a bit much for it… although the 2 computer desks in the room don’t help either.
So many wars so little time. I went ahead and picked up the game Guild Wars. Pretty fun so far. although it worries me that I’m almost a level 8 character and I’m told I’m hardly into the game yet… the highest character level I can get is 20. Seems like almost everyday Star Wars gets a bit better… Sony is working hard to get things where they need to be. Tomorrow… errr today in some peoples eyes… there is supposed to be another update to the game… we’ll see what headaches it brings…. crossing my fingers for NONE!!.
I think that winter salt stuff ate up our lawn in the front yard. It said it’s safe for grass… but we are not convinced. SOMETHING really did a number to the lawn… and the brown spots are placed in areas it would only make sense for da salts. My theory is aliens… sorta like crop circles. The lawn in the backyard looks awesome… well less the spots that Estes has tore up. Darn lil pup.
Got some tenders at BWW tonight with Brian, Mike and Shauna (eep I dunno how to spell her name). Good stuff… I like chicken. No Beers for this guy.
I just realized I haven’t put my NYC pictures in my gallery yet. Cripes!!! I guess other things have kept me busy. Wow and I forgot I was gonna change my website up. eegads. so much to do so little time. I need a 36 hour day.
Workingout on the weight machine has been going well. Feel the burrrrrrrn!! Hurts soooo goooood.

Not much happening this weekend. Saturday My parents and I spent most of the day getting the house cleaned up. Tuckered me right out… I think I was asleep by 8:30. I hate putting in a movie and falling asleep before the opening credits start rolling. Sheesh.
Since Mike wasn’t able to make it home this weekend for Mother’s Day, we took a drive to see him over in Mankato. Got some lunch at grizzilies… good stuff.
Estes had quite the scare last night (Saturday). We confine Estes to the living room at our house… we have a nice couch in that room. Well, to keep her off of the couch, we have bins and empty boxes occupying the seats. Last night a spot was left open and she had been sleeping there… we figure that one of the empty boxes had slid from it’s temporary spot onto her while she was sleeping and she then proceeded to FREAK the heck out. There was a LARGE commotion and when my dad came out of his room to check it out, the baby gate (used to keep Estes in the living room) was knocked over, a lamp was knocked off of the end table (it knocked the gate over we think), a rock candle was knocked off the end table along with a few other decorations and a picture frame. My dad said that when he came out of his room Estes was just standing there looking up at him with her head down and those sweet puppy dog eyes like she knew she had done bad. Accidents happen, luckily she didn’t get hurt… it’s easy to laugh at now. I kinda wish a camera was set up to film that… I wonder what exactly happened….
Ahhhh Bugger! The video card in my new computer has gone out. Gaming on that thing is on hold for the time being. Hopefully I’ll get a new one PDQ. I just have to send it back to the place that gave it to me… Should only take a few weeks. EEK!!
