Buffalo Soldiers

Wednesday, October 27th, 2004

Met up with my good friend Ringo last night. Always good times when she’s around. Got some dinner at Perkins (yum pancakes) before we rented the move Buffalo Soldiers . It was a pretty good compromise considering our movie tastes are very different. I claim that she looks for movie covers with people crying (which is often the case, hehe). I tend to stick to the big pictures that come out. We’ll find a good one every once in a while.

Ringo is in town to spend some time with her parents before going to Zambia in January for the Peace Corps. She’ll be helping out in Zambia for two and a half years. I’m gonna miss ya Ringo.

Been a while since I’ve had a Blog entry. Things are great!

Too many games… too little time! ARG! Sims2 has been a blast. Lots of fun had controlling those little people. Haven’t had too much time for StarWars Battlefront. Fun game, but other games have taken a priority. hehe.

As you may or may not know, I run an online gaming clan with Wiggles (aka Jim) called IPB. Until recently, the clan has been very inactive. Wiggles and I are trying to get things fired up again. So far so good. Things have been picking quite well. The last few days have been especially awesome! I hope it can continue… although with a new version of Counter-Strike out there, things could get tricky.

I just started running another gaming clan with ART-X (aka ARTAX, aka Mike) called NLAK a couple weeks ago. This clan is for the game Natural-Selection. It’s a game that pits Maries against Aliens. I like to be the Alien Race becasue it allows you to climb on walls and ceilings and chomp chomp on the unsuspecting marines. It’s a blast!!

Another game that’s been taking up some time recently is called Star Wars Galaxies (SWG). Do you remember me talking about a game called Ever Quest… well this game is a lot like that, except better in many respects, in my opinion.

As for some other news. I got myself a weight machine. It’s called Prime 8. Been using it quite a bit. I think it was a very good investment. Played a few rounds of UNO Attack recently. That’s a very fun game.

More updates to come… I’ll try not to wait so long though.
